Refund policy
We do not accept returns unless an item is faulty or damaged.
On the rare occasion an item does arrive with you faulty or damaged please do reach out to us by emailing support@kellyjanesprelovedcloset.co.uk ensuring you provide the following information:
- your invoice number
- information of the damaged item
- a photograph of the damage for our training purposes.
We aim to process all refunds within 7 days.
