Clothes Recyling

We offer a clothes recycling service here at Kelly Jane's Preloved Closet to help you free up space in your wardrobe for your new preloved purchases and rehome your unwanted clothes.

 

Clothes must be:

  • Either new with tags or like new. 
  • All pre loved clothing must be in excellent condition, no marks, damage, pilling or fading
  • Clean, from a smoke free environment and free from pet hair, holes and stains
  • A list of what we do not accept is below.

 

High Street Brands (Zara, Next, River Island, Matalan, etc)

You will receive either:

  • £1 per item in cash transferred to your bank account
  • £2 credit per item to spend on future purchases
  • or a £5 donation per bag to a charity of your choice

 

High End Brands (Joules, Boden, White Company, DKNY, etc)

You will receive either:

  • £2 per item in cash transferred to your bank account
  • £4 credit per item to spend on future purchases
  • or a £5 donation per bag to a charity of your choice

 

Luxury Brands (Dior, Luis Vuitton, Mulberry, etc)

These will be individually priced, please reach out to us for a quotation or consignment consideration.

 

If you wish to recycle simply:

  • Send us photographs along with details of size and brand to support@kellyjanesprelovedcloset.co.uk or whatsapp them to 07984739668. We are unable to offer credit or payment on items we have not agreed to.
  • Fill a bag or box with items you would like to recycle (min 5 items) then email us at support@kellyjanesprelovedcloset.co.uk with the size and weight of the parcel and we will send you a prepaid label.  If you choose to send and pay postage yourself, unfortunately we are unable to refund or credit this.
  • Complete the recycling form and ensure you include this in your parcel.
  • Drop it off at your local Post Office or we can organise collection and even bring a label

 

Upon receipt of the items if any items do not meet the requirements or pass quality control they can be returned for you (at your own cost) or will be donated to charity.

We do not accept temu / shein (or temu / shein brands), accessories (hats, scarves unless new), vest tops, or anything with a resale retail value of less than £2
